A sense to - address the resolution
for the narcissistic -narrow minded
The impact - from a dying breed
Failing to see - It's themselves
Synergy within this world
Ripped, stripped torn [apart]
Between rebuilds the cold has settled
This is your absolution
the cold has settled
This is your absolution
Attached, entwined, i see your demise
A race etched, with the face of neglect
Empathy, the river flowing -
down stream and ever onward
For the trees
help you breathe
and exist
Forests burn
for industry
And suffocate us
the cold has settled
This is your absolution
Those that dwell inside the darkness, sometimes commit blindly
Change is often an allocated enemy.
Will you grow as the world grows?
Will you plant a tree or even help one grow for the people of tomorrow?
Or will you turn your back
and head deeper into the nightfall?
Synergy within this world
Ripped, stripped and torn
Between rebuilds the cold has settled
This is your absolution
I dig this album so much, definitely a keeper. Subtly and masterfully mixing death metal subgenres, backed with an over the top production. They're true professionals. Can't wait for their next release! doive
I was always intrigued by this group's choice of album covers, it isn't every day that you see high quality space photos in this genre despite the rise of "cosmic" black metal. But the music blew me away, this sounds like Austere took the atmospheric spacey route. (I will assume it's a coincidence that both bands are Australian) porcelainheart-
Литоургиiа réussit l'impensable : faire entrer le black metal dans l'église orthodoxe.
Joseph Hawker subverts the musical and sociopolitical status quo with a black metal triptych that's as incendiary as it is impressionistic. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 5, 2022
A truly stellar death/doom album with heavy doses of black metal. Tracks like Isolation, Child of Light, and Broken Hymns deliver the sorrowful and icy tone of this album, elevated by the stirring cello compositions of Raphael Weinroth-Browne. The album delivers a deeply satisfying crescendo in Becoming Intangible before stirring the soul once again with Epilogue. Matt Richardson
